Was in Maine for a quick long weekend as well. Air is sweet. Looks like huge fun... Was that Gateway Mastering in Portland with all the Gold records?

@Joshua - Indeed it was! We had a great time.

@David - Yup, that was Gateway. Going there was like entering a Hall of Champions! So many Gold and Platinum records. Our friend's friend works there. Bob Ludwig's studio is SWEEEET!

Seriously cute town! Looks like an awesome trip. I drove up there a few years ago for my friend's wedding in October. It was the last weekend that the town was "open." Most of the restaurants and bars close down for the winter, and everyone either goes to the mainland to work or collects unemployment. Very strange! The restaurants were out of food and the bars were pouring very strong drinks to empty the last of their bottles.

Tell me you sailed on that Hinkley. That boat is so worthy of a video shoot. Arguably one of the nicest sailboats made. Maine built like my Sabre! Price tag? About $500K

@Jimmy - Nope. But our captain told us that the blue Hinckley ("Patriot") in my Flickr photos is an $8 million boat. Amazing. It really is beautiful. But according to him, if you buy a Hinckley, you're paying for the name. You can get an equally amazing boat for one less digit in the price tag (ie: $100k instead of $1mil).
